AJ Hemphill

September 10, 2026 - Mr. Hemphill is a retired member of the US Government Senior Executive Service (SES-3 grade level) (Major General/Rear Admiral Equivalent) who serves as the Technical Adviser and Digital Engineering expert as a consultant for several defense industry companies. AJ Hemphill has enjoyed a long career in engineering and contributed to the original Strategic Defense Initiative, also known as the Star Wars program and Integrated Air and Missile Defense for the US. He spent most of his career in research and development, testing, and evaluation, beginning with the U.S. Air Force in both uniformed and civilian roles.
